A family in a community in Delta State has been thrown into mourning
after the body of their missing daughter was found with the head and
breasts cut off.
The sleepy town of Mbiri in Ika-North-East Local
Government Area of Delta State, has been thrown into a state of shock,
grief and disbelieve after the decomposing and mutilated body of an 18-year-old girl identified as Ijeamaka Faith, who had been declared missing for a month, was found buried in a farm.
Daily Post reports that the body of the girl was found without the head,
breasts and genitals, which had been cut off, lending credence to fears
she must have been murdered by ritual killers.
According to the bereaved family of the girl, they had to resort to
consulting a native doctor after the girl went missing and he told them
that she would be found but not alive.
